TORONTO — As the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) approaches, The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto has curated a series of culinary, beverage and wellness experiences for guests from Sept. 5 to 15, 2024.
Highlights of the 2024 programming include:
Lobby Activations (morning and afternoon)
- Healthy juice shots, including the Green Ranger with liquid chlorophyll; Carrot Ginger Ale with turmeric; Strawberry Watermelon Mojito with liquid collagen; and Pineapple Paradise with spirulina.
- Afternoon canapes, including Prawn Éclair, Tomato Tartare, Tuna Tartare Cone, Macerated Figs, Steak Tartare and Tortellini Di Bresaola
EPOCH Bar + Kitchen Terrace
- Afternoon Tea”FF: an afternoon tea experience inspired by the festival with menu highlights including Lobster Rolls, Foie Gras & Smoked Salmon Terrine, Peach & Mozzarella Vol Au Vent, Sachertorte, Maple Pumpkin Caramel Tart, Yuzu Lemon Meringue Cake and Apple Caramel Choux.
- TIFF menu specials: Bromakase (six-course tailored menu experience by chef Jeff Crump featuring Wagyu, Uni, Hamachi and EPOCH favourites), as well as pizza specials and cocktail specials
- Curated flight of Macallan whiskies
- DJ nights from September 8 to 10
