BURLINGTON, Ont. — Ontario’s first Autograph Collection Hotel, The Pearle Hotel & Spa, has opened.
Designed by Studio Munge, the 151-room hotel is located on the waterfront and features a Hammam steam room, an indoor swimming pool and a fitness centre in addition to the spa.
The Pearle Hotel & Spa offers two dining concepts, Isabelle and Earth to Table: Bread Bar. Isabelle is headed by chef Ben Heaton and offers a lakeside terrace and patio seating while Earth to Table: Bread Bar is more casual. Much of their menu offerings are grown on Pearle Hospitality’s farmland roughly 20 minutes from the hotel.
The hotel also offers elegant spaces for weddings, retreats and other special events.
