WINNIPEG — The Courtyard by Marriott Winnipeg Airport has opened just steps from the James Armstrong Richardson International Airport terminal.

“From day one, Courtyard has prided itself as a brand that listens to business travellers,” said Janis Milham, SVP, Modern Essentials and Extended Stay Brands. “Today’s technology has changed how people travel. Our guests want a room that has purpose and flexibility that enables a seamless transition between relaxing and working. Courtyard is designed to offer them a relaxing and functional space to work the way they want to, when they want to.”

The six-storey hotel features a 2,000-sq.-ft. fitness centre featuring a Starbucks barista bar in the lobby and more than 1,800 sq. ft. of meeting space to accommodate functions for up to 150 people. The business lobby is equipped with media pods, complimentary Wi-Fi and a variety of seating zones. The lobby also features The Bistro – Eat. Drink. Connect, offering a healthy menu for breakfast, light evening options, snacks, cocktails, wine and beer.
