CHARLOTTETOWN — Dyne Holdings — the company that operates the Holman Grand Hotel — is set to convert a Charlottetown nightclub into a new hotel, according to CBC News.
John Cudmore, president of Dyne Holdings Inc., says the 105-room Arts Hotel is expected to open in 2020 and will target Airbnb patrons. It is expected to be smaller than a traditional hotel, putting emphasis on public spaces.
As its name suggests, the hotel will have an arts theme. Early plans for the property include a café honouring artist Salvador Dali.
