WINNIPEG — Temple Hotels has acquired Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites in Sherwood Park, Alta., for $15.15 million.
The hotel features 90 guestrooms, with 69 standard rooms and 21 suites. It also has a breakfast room, fitness room and business centre.
The acquisition will be financed by the assumption of a first mortgage loan for $10.5 million and the balance in cash. The acquisition is expected to close June 20.
