CALGARY — Superior Lodging Corp. has announced two new appointments to its management team.
Simon Caspiis the company’s new director of Franchising & Development. In this role, Caspi will work with Superior Lodging’s national development team and will be responsible for growing the Travelodge/Thriftlodge and Super 8 brands in Quebec and Atlantic Canada.
Caspi comes to Superior Lodging with more than 15 years of franchise-development experience, most recently with Starbucks where he was instrumental in developing the lodging foodservice and licensed-cafe division in eastern Canada.
Superior also welcomes Kathrin Jin to the position of director of National Sales for Travelodge Canada.Jin has spent many years in hotel sales, most recently with Choice Hotels Canada as regional Sales manager. She will lead Travelodge Canada’s national sales team and be based in Toronto.
