TORONTO — Sunray Group has completed the purchase of the Bisha Hotel Toronto, joining Marriott as the first Luxury Collection Hotel in Canada. The company agreed to purchase the hotel in December 2024.
Located in the heart of Toronto’s Entertainment District and designed by Studio Munge, the 44-storey hotel is comprised of nine floors dedicated to hotel rooms, with the remaining nine to 42 dedicated to the luxe one- or two-bedroom residential spaces. Floors dedicated to the luxe one- or two-bedroom residential spaces. The hotel is also home to restaurants Kost, French Made, Lobby Bar and Akira Back.
The visionary behind the Bisha brand is Charles Khabouth. He is the founder and CEO of INK Entertainment.
