ROCKVILLE, Md. — Steve Joyce, president and CEO of Choice Hotels International, has been appointed chairman of the International Franchise Association (IFA).
“It’s an honour to be chairman of the IFA, and I look forward to working closely with the IFA executive committee and Board of Directors as we represent and advocate for pro-growth policies that support the interests of franchisors, franchisees and suppliers,” said Joyce.
Joyce has held a number of leadership positions within IFA. He’s been a vice-chairman and Board member for many of the association’s committees.
IFA represents franchises worldwide and works to protect, enhance and promote franchising through government relations and public policy, media relations and educational programs.
