VANCOUVER — As part of Hilton Worldwide’s new mobile check-in program, SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts has introduced the service for Hilton HHonors guests at the DoubleTree by Hilton West Edmonton hotel and DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel and Conference Centre Regina.
“Nobody likes to wait in line, so the digital check-in is an innovative way to eliminate our guests’ wait time at the front desk,” said Steve Giblin, president and CEO of the Vancouver-based SilverBirch Hotels and Resorts. “At SilverBirch, we are always looking for ways to deliver exceptional guest experiences and enhance their stay at our hotels. By making the check-in process more streamlined, our guests can travel stress-free, and we’re giving them more choice and control over their hotel stay using technology.”
By 6 a.m. the day before check-in, the guest can log on to their Hilton HHonors account and select their room, choose upgrades and request specific amenities. At the end of their stay, their bill is emailed to them.
