VANCOUVER — SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Tom Tittel, VP, Operations in Eastern Canada and Tejash Chauhan, VP, Risk & Asset Management.
With more than 30 years of experience, Tittel previously served as a GM with Toronto-based Delta Hotels & Resorts and Virginia-based Interstate Hotels & Resorts. He recently held the role of VP of Operations with Westmont Hospitality, based in Mississauga, Ont.
“We are very excited to welcome Tittel to the SilverBirch family. We are confident he will bring a new perspective to the team as we continue to expand our portfolio and grow our presence in key markets in Eastern Canada,” said Steve Giblin, president and CEO, SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts.
Chauhan has more than 12 years of experience as an engineering and risk management professional. Prior to his
promotion to VP, Risk & Asset Management, Chauhan was a VP at Aon Risk Services in Vancouver. “I’m extremely
proud to have Tejash join the officers team and have no doubt he will continue to contribute to our operations and growth,” said
Giblin.
