VANCOUVER — Shangri-La Vancouver has been presented with the CAA/AAA Five-Diamond Award for providing extraordinary physical appeal and great service.
This is Shangri-La Hotel, Vancouver’s first Five-Diamond Award. The hotel has received a CAA/AAA Four-Diamond Award every year since opening its doors in 2009. The property is the only hotel in Vancouver to achieve the Five-Diamond rating.
The CAA/AAA Diamond Rating system is an evaluation program that covers Canada, the United States, Mexico and the Caribbean.
