MUSKOKA — Sequel Hospitality Investments has purchased the Touchstone on Lake Muskoka resort and condominium development for $35 million.
“Sequel will use our expertise to enhance Touchstone’s already stunning setting, refined architecture and upscale accommodations, presenting this resort gem to a wider audience,” said Anne Larcade, president and CEO, Sequel Hotels and Resorts and CEO of Sequel Hospitality Investments.
The resort is set on 22 waterfront acres, and Sequel is planning to develop 56 additional lakeside condominiums as well as continue to grow the “top-tier” four-season resort.
