VANCOUVER — Sandman Hotel Group has its sights set on growing business, with a recent update to its mobile app, which guarantees to offer the best available rate.
“As the number of smartphones continues to increase and mobile apps play an ever-growing role in the way people conduct business, we knew the time was right for us to substantially improve our existing app,” said Salim Kassam, VP of Marketing for Sandman Hotel Group. “Today’s guests expect to be able to use their smartphones to do almost everything, and that’s realistic with our new app.”
In addition to offering the lowest rate available, the app also lets users make reservations, browse photos, maps and amenities of properties, and automatically enrol in the StatusPlus Rewards Program. The app will also synchronize bookings between the guest’s mobile phone, iPad and desktop.
