TORONTO — RoomRaccoon, a leading hotel-management software company, has promoted Kudzai Mapfinya as global head of Customer. She will join the senior leadership team in her new role and oversee the Customer Support, Customer Success and Customer Training departments.

Mapfinya brings more than 12 years of expertise in customer service to RoomRaccoon, and her career has seen her lead global teams across various B2B industries, including SaaS and tech companies. She first joined RoomRaccoon in 2012 as the head of Client Services and will now support more than 1,700 hoteliers around the world.
