TORONTO — The Ritz-Carlton Toronto has partnered with vineyards in Niagara, Ont. to provide unique wine-experience packages to its guests.
Through an exclusive arrangement with some of Niagara’s most celebrated vineyards, guests at the hotel choose from several educational tours at wineries such as Flat Rock Cellars, Peninsula Ridge Estates Winery and Cave Spring Cellars.
Travellers can choose from experiences allowing them to pick, sort and stomp their own grapes, learn the difference between French and American oak, or tour fermenting tanks and watch the bottling process first-hand.
