ROSSLAND, B.C. — Red Mountain Resort, Western Canada’s first alpine resort, has introduced its newest chairlift-adjacent condominium development, The Crescent.

With prices starting at mid $300,000, The Crescent offers 102 studios, one bedrooms and lofts in total. Its smart spaces are equipped with custom built-ins, keyless entry and private gear storage. Communal spaces include a fitness room, cafe/market and co-working spaces.

Other recent additions to Red Mountain resort include a design-driven hostel in 2018, a four-star ski-in/ski-out boutique hotel in 2019 and their 1,000-acre Grey Mountain expansion.

“With our recent terrain expansions, RED is now the ninth-largest mountain resort in North America,” says Howard Katkov, Chairman and CEO of Red Mountain Ventures.
