EDMONTON — The 235-room Radisson Edmonton South has been sold to Nova Hotels Inc. for an undisclosed amount. Colliers International Hotels acted on behalf of an affiliate of Silver Hotel Group in the sale of the property.
The hotel is located just off Hwy. 2 (Calgary Trail) — one of Edmonton’s highest traffic arteries — and features a state-of-the-art 30,000-sq.-ft. conference centre, as well as a mix of full-service amenities.
