MONTREAL — Rachelle Boutin, director of Lodging at Hôtel Le Germain Montréal is the recipient of the Hotel Association of Canada’s (HAC’s) Aspiring Hotelier Award for 2022.
Boutin has been with Germain Hotels since 2018, starting as a guest services supervisor at the Alt Montreal Hotel and worked quickly up the ranks. She has distinguished herself through her contribution, leadership, exceptional service and exemplary professionalism.
“The criteria for this award matched Rachelle in every way: professionalism, sound judgment, exemplary customer service and natural leadership. I am happy for her, grateful for the work she does on a daily basis, confident in the success of these teams and so proud,” says Jacques-Alexandre Paquet, general manager of Hôtel Le Germain Montréal.
