The Grande Prairie Inn is the first acquisition. The 200-guestroom hotel, which includes an indoor pool and restaurant space, will be renovated to offer urban contemporary suites and a women’s-only floor, and be rebranded as Pomeroy Hotel. The transaction, that includes licensing rights to the Stonebridge brand, also includes the 126-room Stonebridge Grande Prairie in Alberta, and the 127-room Stonebridge Fort St. John in B.C.
The company plans to continue to grow the Stonebridge brand throughout Western Canada.
