Patrick Pollack Appointed GM at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto
TORONTO — Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is welcoming Patrick Pollack as its new general manager. Pollack joins the brand’s global flagship property from Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou in China and brings a 25-year tenure with the brand.
Originally from France, Pollack began his career with Four Seasons in 1996 as bar manager at Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City. Now, he will work closely with the Toronto hotel’s dining outlets, including Café Boulud, d|bar and d|azur.
