NAPLES, Fla. — Palm Holdings plans to develop a new 150-room hotel in Naples, Fla. after acquiring a waterfront property that includes a marina and a restaurant.
“Guests ask us about the marina and nearby dining options every day,” says Priscilla Dias, GM at Palm Holdings. “We’re thrilled to acquire this waterfront property and excited about the chance to further enhance our guests’ experience while they enjoy Naples.”
The waterfront property is directly adjacent to a Holiday Inn Express & Suites hotel Palm Holdings previously opened and renovated in 2013. Looking to build on its investment, the new hotel will sit on approximately five acres of land and includes water access via the marina.
“We look forward to revitalizing this land in a key part of our downtown and making it into something that adds to our community,” says Dias.
A brand for the new hotel is yet to be finalized.
