TORONTO — Palm Holdings is continuing the expansion of its property portfolio in the Central Florida region with the recent acquisition of the family-friendly Holiday Inn Orlando SW Celebration Area.

An established Walt Disney World Good Neighbor hotel, the Holiday Inn Orlando SW features 444 rooms and suites, more than 4,000 sq.-ft. of conference and event space, a restaurant and lounge, fitness centre, business centre, outdoor pool, playground, and free transportation to theme parks. The hotel is the second acquisition for Palm Holdings in the Orlando region, after the Inn at Calypso Cay — Lake Buena Vista South in 2015 which will convert to a Holiday Inn Express & Suites in fall 2017.
