Palm Holdings Acquires Element Miami International Airport
MIAMI — Palm Holdings has acquired Element Miami International Airport for $32 million.
The five-storey hotel features 209 guestrooms and boasts a breakfast bar and pantry, salon, outdoor patio and fire pit, fitness centre, heated outdoor pool, business centre, onsite laundry, complimentary airport shuttle and grocery-shopping service.

We are excited to plant our stake in this vibrant city, opening our doors to travellers as soon as they arrive and serving as a launching pad for them throughout their stay.”
Palm Holdings also owns the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Naples Downtown, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lake Buena Vista Orlando and the Holiday Inn (Orlando SW) Celebration Area. The company has several other projects in its pipeline both in Canada and Florida.
