VANCOUVER — Come autumn 2017, there will be a new Opus Hotel in Richmond, B.C.

The Opus Hotel Corporation announced it will be working with Richmond, B.C. real-estate developer MoYeung International Enterprises Ltd. to open the Opus Hotel Versante in the International Trade Centre. “The Opus Hotel brand presents a vibrant and eclectic mix of people and place, making the International Trade Centre development the ideal location for the next property. We are thrilled to be working with Michael Ching of MoYeung — the leader in merging innovative lifestyle brands with the bricks and mortar of development,” said John Evans, founder and president of Opus Hotel Corporation. The property will be managed by Trilogy Hotel Management Ltd.

The 110-room hotel will be located next to two office towers and 34,000 sq. ft. of luxury retail space. Inside, the hotel will offer the Opus Bar concept on the 10th floor and a traditional Chinese fine-dining restaurant on the street level.
