MONTREAL — Gonçalo Monteiro has been appointed opening general manager of the all-new Four Seasons Hotel Montreal.
Monteiro arrives from China, where he was most recently hotel manager of Four Seasons Hotel Macao, Cotai Strip.
“With his international background and flair for outstanding service, Gonçalo is the perfect person to assemble and lead our team as we look ahead to the opening of Four Seasons Hotel Montreal next year,” says Vince Parrotta, president, Hotel Operations – Americas, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
Originally joining the family of Four Seasons in his native Lisbon 20 years ago, Gonçalo honed his hospitality skills in the food-and-beverage division across Europe before moving to Asia in 2010, first as director of Food and Beverage, before being promoted to hotel manager in 2014.
