VICTORIA, B.C. — Madone Pelan is the new general manager at Oak Bay Beach Hotel. Pelan takes over from Michelle Le Sage, whose commitment to mentoring team members and retaining the region’s top hospitality professionals has led to her recognition as BC Hotelier of the year.
“I’m so proud of Madone for earning this promotion — I have complete confidence in her to lead The Oak Bay Beach Hotel team and expand on the hotel’s reputation as a preferred hotel for visitors around the world,” says Le Sage. “Her proven leadership and expertise in hospitality and marketing are integral assets to the general-manager role. I look forward to following her successes well into the future.”
Pelan has a spent more than 25 years in the hospitality industry, including five years as the director of Sales & Marketing at Oak Bay Hotel.
