TORONTO — Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants and Ink Entertainment — who both recently announced a joint food, lounge and event venue project in Calgary — are teaming up again, this time to co-manage the food and entertainment at the Trump International Hotel & Tower Toronto.

“Talon International Inc., as developer of the Trump International Hotel & Tower Toronto, is pleased with aligning itself with these respected and successful companies,” said Neil Labatte, president and CEO of Talon International and Talon Luxury Collection. “Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants and Ink Entertainment bring robust experience in restaurant and entertainment management and strengthen our property’s comprehensive offerings.”

The two Toronto-based companies will share management of all foodservice for the mixed-used property, including the restaurant, bar and lounge, event spaces and in-room dining. That said, at this time there will be no changes to the foodservice operations, which will continue uninterrupted.
