CALGARY — Travelodge Canada has opened a new property in Barrie, Ont. The Travelodge by Wyndham Downtown Barrie adds to the growing number of more than 100 Travelodge by Wyndham and Thriftlodge-branded hotels across Canada.
Featuring 130 well-equipped guestrooms, The Travelodge by Wyndham Downtown Barrie boasts a heated indoor pool, complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi, as well as an onsite fitness and business centre. The property’s close proximity to Barrie’s most sought-after attractions, such as Georgian Mall, Snow Valley, Gateway Casinos, Lake Simcoe and Centennial Park, adds further to the guest experience.

This is the fifth Canadian property opening for the Travelodge by Wyndham brand in 2022. The location joins the Travelodge by Wyndham Sarnia, the Travelodge by Wyndham Marathon, the Travelodge by Wyndham Prince Albert, and the Travelodge Suites by Wyndham Regina.
