NARAMATA, B.C. — Naramata Hospitality Limited Partnership group has opened Eliza – A Naramata Wine Bar. Designed by Birch West Interior, led by Marnie MacLean, Eliza also features an outdoor patio. The wine bar will be open Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. No reservations are required.
Emily Walker, award-winning wine director, has curated a wine program. The wine selection will be backed up by a unique, locally focused cocktail program, as well as tastes of “French Naramation” cuisine from chef Ned Bell.
“Eliza is the Naramata Wine Bar I’ve been dreaming of,” says Walker. “Every great wine region of the world has an amazing wine bar, and bringing this experience to the Okanagan is incredibly exciting.”
Additionally, Naramata Inn launched new lunch, dinner and dessert menus, featuring items such as Pacific Scallop Crudo, 63 Acres Beef Tartare and Naramata Apple Sourdough with Housemade Cultured Butter and Halibut & Little Neck Clams in kelp and chardonnay broth. Pastry chef, Liz Stevenson’s new lineup of desserts include Caramel Choux a La Crème, Creek & Gully Cider Float, housemade ice creams and more.
