MONTREAL — Relais & Châteaux has unveiled two new Canadian members, among 45 new members from around the world, in the Relais & Châteaux 2012 Guide.
Bringing Canadian membership to 14 properties, the two new members are Hastings House Country House Hotel of Salt Spring Island, B.C. and Montreal’s Jérôme Ferrer of Europea, who is the fourth Canadian to be added to the list of 160 Relais & Châteaux’s Grand Chefs.
The other Canadian members are Jonathan Gushue of Cambridge, Ont’s Langdon Hall Country House Hotel & Spa, Normand Laprise of Montreal’s Toqué! restaurant and Yvan Lebrun of Quebec City’s Restaurant Initiale.
