WHISTLER, B.C. — Roger Soane has been appointed GM of Nita Lake Lodge in Whistler, B.C.

The London, England native brings 35 years of experience to the boutique luxury hotel, including his most recent role as GM of the Fairmont Chateau Whistler. He currently serves as chairman of the Board of Tourism Victoria, and chairman of the Board of Tourism Whistler. The GM began his career as an executive chef at Pan Pacific Hotels & Resorts, before moving onto senior management roles in Europe, Asia, North America and the Caribbean.
