SQUAMISH, B.C. — Former Intrawest executive Trevor Dunn is behind a new Squamish, B.C.-area lodge and restaurant project proposal, according to B.C.’s The Province newspaper.

The restaurant and lodge will be part of a Sea to Sky Gondola project that will carry riders 823 metres above Howe Sound to a bluff on Mount Habrich.

The proposed project still needs approvals, but the developers hope to begin building this year and have a projected summer 2013 opening date.
