OTTAWA — The SoHo Metropolitan Residences has opened its second luxury extended-stay hotel in Canada with the launch of the SoHo Metropolitan Residences Ottawa.
“As one of Canada’s premier luxury hotel operators, we are committed to crafting memorable travel experiences for all of our guests,” said Henry Wu, president of Metropolitan Hotels. “Guests of SoHo Metropolitan Residences Ottawa will benefit from hotel-trained management and concierge services that will personalize and tailor the needs of each individual stay. The layout and furnishings of each room is specifically designed for extended-stay guests.”
Spanning the top two floors of the SoHo Lisgar Condominiums in downtown Ottawa, each of the 25 new suites offer floor-to-ceiling windows and spa-inspired bathroom amenities such as rainfall shower heads. Kitchens sport Gluckstein designs with quartz countertops and European appliances, and the room is equipped with Wi-Fi and a Samsung LED 3D Smart TV.
Although the remainder of the building functions as a condominium, guests of the SoHo Metropolitan Residences will have access to in-suite housekeeping, a concierge and a personal trainer.
