BETHESDA, Md. — Marriott International Inc. has launched the Marriott International Luxury Brands group. The group now includes St. Regis, The Luxury Collection, W Hotels, The Ritz-Carlton, Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Bulgari Hotels & Resorts, Editions and JW Marriott.

Marriott plans to open approximately 30 luxury hotels in 2017, with a total of 180 luxury hotels in its development pipeline. The properties cover 20 countries, spanning from Iceland to Cuba.
