TORONTO — The 105-storey SkyTower project in Toronto, as part of Vancouver developer Pinnacle International’s One Yonge complex, is set to feature a luxury hotel component, bringing Marriott International’s Le Meridien brand to Canada for the first time in more than 30 years.
The Le Meridien Pinnacle Toronto Hotel is set to open in the lower levels of the SkyTower in fall 2025. It will occupy approximately 17,000 square metres, taking up the first 12 floors of the new skyscraper.
Among the amenities that will be offered at the hotel, guests can expect complimentary Wi-Fi, a fitness centre, a business centre, a swimming pool, on-site restaurants, meeting-and-event spaces, spa services, shuttle services, lounge access and more.
Located at 1 Yonge Street, the area is easily accessible by public transportation and surrounded by world-class dining, shopping and cultural attractions. Notable landmarks include the Toronto Waterfront, Harbourfront Centre and the CN Tower.
