MONTREAL — Le Germain Hotel Charlevoix hosted its À Table! event last week, treating attendees to a unique opportunity to cook alongside renowned chefs Michele Forgione and Stefano Faita from Impasto Restaurant in Montreal, and Basilio Pesce from Cheese Boutique in Toronto.

The special event featured Italian cooking classes, a visit to local food producers in the Charlevoix region, a helicopter tour of the area and a great Italian feast prepared by the guest chefs along with Sylvain Dervieux, head chef at the hotel’s Les Labours and Le Bercail restaurants.
