TORONTO — Park Hyatt Toronto’s new culinary destination, Joni, has officially opened its doors. The elevated restaurant offers international cuisine, re-interpreted classic cocktails and a curated selection of wine that features more than 100 references by the hotel’s sommelier.

Joni combines causal bistro dining, contemporary cooking techniques and fresh ingredients. Specifically, Joni offers a breakfast, lunch, cocktail and dinner service. Guests can enjoy a variety of dishes developed by executive chef Antonio Soriano, including Hawaiian Kanpachi Crudo, Bees Wax Poached Lobster, Beef TarTare and more.
