MARKHAM, Ont. — This year’s Dual Brand Outstanding Achievement Award — presented by Hilton Worldwide — went to JM Hospitality for its upcoming development of Hilton Garden Inn, Toronto and Home2 by Hilton, Brampton West. The construction of the two properties will commence in Jan. 2017, with completion planned for spring 2018.
John Greenleaf, global head of Hilton Garden Inn and Hilton Worldwide, presented the prestigious award to JM Hospitality’s principals, Bhulesh and Chuck Lodhia on Oct. 12. The reception was attended by Canada’s top consultants — including the architectural team of API Consultants, who designed Hilton Worldwide’s two upcoming properties under Lin Saplys’ direction.
