TORONTO — InnVest Hotels LP — a limited partnership formed under the laws of the Province of Manitoba — has appointed Li Chen as CEO of InnVest Hotels GP Ltd. Drew Coles will be ending his tenure as CEO effective March 31, 2017, but will remain as an advisor to the new CEO through to April 30.
Chen boasts extensive experience in the financial and real-estate investment industry, including more than ten years in the Canadian market, and has served in leadership roles with several large-scale and multinational organizations.
