TORONTO — Oliver Bonke is the new chief commercial officer of the Americas for the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). Bonke will be in charge of brand management, sales and marketing in this region as well as serving on the senior leadership committee.

Bonke was most recently SVP of Sales and Marketing for the Middle East and Africa at Starwood Hotels and Resorts, and, prior to that, he oversaw the Asia-Pacific region for the company.
