ATLANTA — InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has made further updates to its cancellation policy and increased booking flexibility in response to the continuing COVID-19 pandemic.

For existing bookings made for any IHG hotel through April 6, changes and cancellations can now be made with no fees for stays up to June 30.

To provide customers with greater confidence while booking future travel, IHG has also introduced a “Book Now, Pay Later” rate. This offer allows direct bookings with no deposit and penalty-free cancellations up to 24 hours before the stay. It also offers an additional five-per-cent off IHG’s “Best Flexible Rate” — which is fully changeable and refundable up to 6 p.m. (local hotel time) on the day of arrival — for bookings made up to September 3 for stays until December 30.
