TORONTO — Great Place to Work has released the 2020 list of Best Workplaces in Retail and Hospitality in Canada, which recognized hotel companies Hilton and New Castle Hotels & Resorts among the segment’s top employers.

To be eligible for this list, organizations must be Great Place to Work-Certified in the past year and work primarily in the retail or hospitality industry. Recognized companies were determined based on the overall Trust Index score from their employees.
