TORONTO — The Holiday Inn Halifax Harbourview hotel has a new owner.
InnVest REIT sold the 196-room property, located at the base of the Angus L. Macdonald Bridge, to Manga Hotels. Amenities include 14,000-sq.-ft. of flexible meeting space, a seasonal outdoor pool and courtyard area, full-service restaurant, fitness club and business centre.
The Mississauga, Ont.-based Manga Hotels currently has a portfolio of 12 properties in Canada. Other upcoming developments include the Hilton Garden Inn on New Grower St. in St. John’s, a condominium project in St. John’s and a mixed-use hotel and condominium project in downtown Toronto.
