MCLEAN, Va. — Hilton has been recognized as number-2 on the 2019 Best Workplaces for Millennials list by Great Place to Work.
This is the second consecutive year that Hilton’s millennial employees have rated the global hospitality company among the best employers for their generation, marking a significant rise from 26th place in 2018.
Since 2018, Hilton has hired almost 14,000 new millennial Team Members in the U.S., which make up more than a third of all its millennial employees in the U.S. Globally, 57 per cent of Hilton’s 400,000 team members are millennials. Millennials also represent 39 per cent of Hilton’s corporate managers and above.
