TORONTO — Hilton Garden Inn Niagara-on-the-Lake has a new owner. Colliers International Hotels reported the sale of the 118-room unit in Ontario’s wine country.
The property, located off the QEW near the Outlet Collection Niagara Mall, sits on a six-acre site and offers an indoor swimming pool, fitness and 24-7 business centre, as well as 3,500 sq. ft. of flexible event space. The 370-sq.-ft. guestrooms feature ergonomic chairs by Herman Miller, as well as a refrigerator, microwave and coffee-maker. Foodservice offerings include The Garden Grille & Bar restaurant and a 24-7 pantry, stocked with meals-to-go.
