REVELSTOKE, B.C. — B.C.-based Glacier House Hotels has purchased the 160-room DoubleTree Hotel near in Farmers Branch, Texas.
The hotel was purchased from Texas-based Presidian Hotels, which developed the hotel in 1999, in a deal brokered by HREC Investment Advisors. Terms were not disclosed.
Glacier House Hotels currently owns six hotels in the western U.S.
