TORONTO — Best Western Hotels & Resorts and Givex — a cloud-based customer-engagement solution — have partnered to upgrade the hotel company’s gift-card processing platform.
Best Western will utilize the Givex gift card platform to issue and redeem Best Western Travel Cards globally. As part of the partnership, Givex will provide 24/7 support and fulfillment for all Best Western locations.
The Givex platform also affords the ability to issue gift cards in multiple currencies, which Best Western plans to leverage in its future national promotions. Additional features include fraud protection and multiple languages built into the platform to support all users.
