TORONTO — The Chelsea Hotel, Toronto has named Gaurav Kapoor, who has been with the hotel since July 2010, as its executive chef.

“We’re excited to promote GK to executive chef, where he will continue his craft and lead the culinary team to delight our guests,” says Rob Housez, general manager, Chelsea Hotel, Toronto.

Kapoor began his culinary career in Bangalore, India, where he earned his diploma in Hotel Management and Culinary Technology.
