TORONTO (April 28, 2014) – Atlific Hotels is happy to welcome Galit Ben-Ary as its National Director of Marketing effective April 7, 2014. Galit brings over 10 years of senior marketing experience to the Atlific team as well as a keen understanding of the hospitality, travel and tourism industries. The quickly growing hotelmanagement company focuses on finding and retaining the highest qualified candidates to add to its already progressive team.

In her role as National Director of Marketing, Galit will be responsible for the development and implementation of all marketing strategies and tactics for Atlific. Her duties will include creative direction, project management, and management of Atlific suppliers and agencies such as branding, design, copywriting, social media, public relations and media planning. Galit will also be working closely with Atlific’s revenue management, web team, sales, and executive and onsite hotel teams in order to ensure brand consistency.
Galit graduated from the Ryerson University School of Hospitality and Tourism Management in 2000. She then went on to earn her PR Certificate from Ryerson while working as the Sales and Marketing Coordinator for the InterContinental Toronto Centre (formerly known as the Crown Plaza Toronto Centre). After three years with the Intercontinental, Galit moved on to PR with Fleishman-Hillard followed by a stint as National Accounts Coordinator with Delta Hotels from 2005-2006. Galit then accepted the Marketing Manager position at Eaton Chelsea (formerly known as the Delta Cheslea Hotel), and she served in this role from 2006-2011. Galit continued on as Marketing Manager for Transat Tours Canada where she was in charge of commercial marketing for the Transat Holidays and Nolitours brands within English Canada for three years.
