TORONTO — Frenchy Bar et Brasserie, located inside Hilton Toronto, is collaborating with Empress 1908 Gin to celebrate the highly anticipated Toronto leg of the globally renowned Eras Tour.
Frenchy and Empress Gin have curated a menu paying homage to iconic songs. At the heart of the collaboration is the Empress Lavender Haze cocktail, featuring Empress 1908 Indigo Gin, known for its balanced botanicals and all-natural indigo hue paired with lavender and lemon juice.
Available through November 23, the menu will feature the Blank Space, a mix of gin, hibiscus, lemon and champagne; Red, made with vodka, Lillet blanc, chamomile and vanilla bean; and Me!, a free-spirited, non-alcoholic option with lychee, jasmine tea, syrup, lemon and elderflower tonic. Fans can indulge in the Lover dessert, a raspberry and pistachio buttercream cake layered with vanilla sponge.
For those looking to re-create the cocktails themselves, Frenchy will host two cocktail-making classes on November 16 and November 23 from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.
